In the corporate sector he has held leadership positions in Human Resource function at organizations like ITC Ltd – a highly diversified conglomerate, Tata Consultancy Services – India’s largest IT services company with over 100,000 employees where he served in India and USA, HCL Group – among the top five IT companies in India, Reliance Industries – largest Indian private corporation, Aptara – leader in content transformation business and few other companies. He continues to be associated with the corporate & help them in devising global HR strategies & aligning human resource strategies with business goals. He has travelled extensively to US, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Kuwait & Philippines. He holds Post Masters Diploma in Personnel Management & IR & Masters in Social Work from University of Delhi.
